The Medicaid Waiver Program helps residents pay for assisted living services. There are two options residents can choose from:

• SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment program)
• CCSP (Community Care Services Program)

SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment program)

This Medicaid Waiver Program is for seniors aged 65 and over, or disabled individuals who receive SSI/Medicaid (Supplemental Security Income). In some cases, residents aged below 65 may be eligible for this program if they are disabled and are receiving SSI/Medicaid support.

CCSP (Community Care Service Program)

The CCSP is developed for elderly residents who are unable to live independently but do not necessarily require constant supervision or support. Only a certain level of assistance with daily living tasks is needed by the care recipient. Monthly income must range between $400 to $1800 a month.
