What services can Friendly Neighbors Alternative Living Services Inc. offer me?
Friendly Neighbors Alternative Living Services Inc. contracts with skilled personal care home providers that will provide you with such assistance, but not limited to supervision of self-administered medication, transportation to medical appointments, and assistance with ambulation, transferring, and essential activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Can I choose the provider or facility that I want?
Yes. You can set preferences and our agency will arrange you for a consultation. This determines your eligibility and facilitates your admission into the program of your choice.
Do I have to be elderly to avail of your services?
No, we offer services to anyone who is at least 21 years, have a medical disability and be eligible for Medicaid.
Do you have Medicaid Waiver Programs?
Yes. We support CCSP (Community Care Services Program) and SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment). Please visit our Medicaid Waiver page for more information.
